Established in 2026, the Special Forces Engineer Foundation (SFE-F) is a registered Australian charity, dedicated to providing rapid financial assistance and practical support to current and former Special Forces Engineers and their families during periods of crisis, hardship or acute need.
Founded by members of the Special Forces Engineer community, the Foundation exists to deliver meaningful assistance when it is needed most.
We are 100% volunteer-based and are formally registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), ensuring the highest standards of governance, accountability and transparency.
OUR MISSION
To provide rapid, transparent and accountable financial assistance to Special Forces Engineers and their families during periods of crisis or acute need.
FORMED THROUGH NEED
The Special Forces Engineer Foundation was not formed from an idea, but from a recognised need within our own community. In moments of crisis, it became clear that the ability to provide immediate and meaningful financial support could make a profound difference to our people and their families. SFE-F was established to bridge that gap - ensuring support can be delivered rapidly, discreetly and with purpose when it is needed most.
THE FUTURE
The future of the Special Forces Engineer Foundation is built on a commitment to endure. We are creating a strong and sustainable Foundation capable of supporting generations of Special Forces Engineers and their families. Through responsible stewardship, trusted partnerships and the strength of our community, SFE-F will remain ready to respond when needed - today, tomorrow and for those who follow.
